The simplest tasks are the ones that as an entity, count the most. In residential developments we aim to draw on the finest aspects of a building, new or old, by making smart choices. We are highly conscious of the tipping point between a profitable investment and a private residence.

We work with developers to maximise the ROI for a property and deliver a highly marketable final product. Our experience ranges from developments comprised of 200+ flat units with 5 varying design concepts to single large residences in central London or the country private estates.

For ease of operation and design delivery and depending on the nature of the project we can also offer architectural services when required under our own umbrella. We work with a pool of highly skilled consultants that offer complementary services for a variety of sectors and scale projects including building
services, structural, landscaping, lighting design etc.

Interior Design for Private Residences

We believe that a home should reflect its occupants and not the designer who created it.

We love using 'special pieces' that a client would like to keep and start with those as a base point and work around those. The pieces could include an aunt's old rocking chair, a wedding gift rug or granddad's desk or a new limited edition seating collection; we love to see such treasured and character-full items used to reflect and enhance individuality.

Should there be a desire to 'start afresh' - we work with the client to define the style which they will enjoy using in their day-to-day lifestyle and be proud to share with friends and family on special occasions.

We don't sell or manufacture furniture, fabrics or products and so are free to specify and recommend the best solutions for each project.
